Product Performance
The water-based printing ink series, in the production process using pure tap water production, does not contain any organic solvents. It has good printability, adhesion, rubbing resistance, dry and wet friction resistance, water resistance, scratch resistance and other properties. It does not need to add any additives (PH value stabilizer) in the printing process, and has good viscosity stability. The PH value is maintained between 7 and 8.
Use
The company's products are suitable for flexo, gravure, screen color printing and spraying. The quality materials include corona-treated PE, PO, PET, PVC, and other plastic films, vacuum aluminized films, metal aluminum foils, etc.
Printing conditions
1. substrate: plastic film surface treatment must reach more than 42-45 dyne.
2. The printing plate needs to use electric engraving or laser plate, and the plate depth is between 15-25u.
3. The drying temperature is above 60 ℃-80 ℃.
4. Strong hot wind.
Use conditions and requirements
1.Water is ink thinner, gravure, flexographic plastic and aluminum foil printing, water will directly affect its drying speed, the use of the drying speed can be adjusted according to the printing requirements.
2. The adhesion, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and water resistance of ink must be detected after the ink layer is dried, and the time for ink is 24 hours.
