This water-based printing ink series is produced in pure tap water during the production process, without any organic solvents. It has good printability, adhesion, rubbing resistance, dry and wet friction resistance, water resistance, scratch resistance and other properties, and does not need to add any additives (PH stabilizer) in the printing process, and has good viscosity stability, and PH value is maintained between 7-8.

3. Use

The company's products are suitable for flexo, gravure, screen plate color printing and spraying, the material is corona treated PE, PO, PET, PVC, and other plastic film, vacuum aluminum plating film, aluminum foil and so on.

4. Printing conditions

1, substrate: the surface treatment of plastic film must reach 42-45 dyne or more.
2, the printing plate needs to use electric engraving or laser plate, the depth of the plate between 15-25u.
3. The drying temperature is above 60℃-80℃.
4, strong hot air.

5. Conditions and Requirements of use

1. Water is a diluent of ink, intaglio, flexographic plastic and aluminum foil printing, water will directly affect its drying speed, the drying speed can be adjusted according to printing requirements.
2. Test the adhesion, wear resistance, heat resistance and water resistance of ink must be carried out after the ink layer is dried, and the time of ink drying is 24 hours.
