Cleaning method of silicone ink

1. Use solvent cleaning: silicone ink can be cleaned with some specific solvents, such as alcohol, acetone, etc. First, pour the solvent into the cleaning container, and then soak the printing tool in the solvent, gently rub, so that the silicone ink is dissolved in the solvent. Finally, rinse with water and leave to dry.

2. Cleaning with detergent: Silicone ink can also be cleaned with some special detergent, such as silicone ink cleaner. The method of use is similar to solvent cleaning, pour the cleaning agent into the cleaning container, soak the printing tool in it, rub gently, and then rinse with water, and wait for dry.

3. Use mechanical cleaning: For some larger printing equipment, mechanical cleaning can be used. Put the printing equipment into the cleaning machine, set the appropriate cleaning procedure, and the mechanical cleaning will remove the silicone ink more thoroughly.
